Yesterday we took the babies to their favorite beach, Bellows. It's just up the road from our base and it's got this really nice lagoon for the babies to play in. It's been a few weeks since we had been there so the kids were really excited. After unloading them we saw something we'd never seen before - Sean walking on the beach without any help. I know he's been walking for a few days now, but there was just something about seeing all three of my babies playing and walking and having so much fun that made me actually cry. I can't believe how far they have come, especially Sean.
So we played in the sand with the buckets and shovels, Teagan did her version of swimming (laying on her belly and kicking her legs up) and Sean just enjoyed roaming around wherever he wanted to go. All 3 rode in the raft down natures "Lazy River" and drew in the sand with sticks they found. It was a great day!
Oh, and the babies got their first pair of flip flops! T and B loved them so much that they refused to take them off even in the water.
