Welcome To Our Crazy Life

We are the Colls and this is about our life with our triplets. My name is Sandi and my husband's name is Kevin. We got married on Feb. 7, 2004 and instantly started trying to have a baby. 5 years, many tears and loads of help later we found out we were having not one, not two, but three babies!

Braedan, Teagan and Sean bounced into our lives on Nov. 12, 2008 and everything has been turned upside down, flipped sideways and scattered about since then. I’m not going to sugar coat it....it wasn’t easy in the beginning. The NICU, late nights, screaming babies, being thousands of miles from our families because we were stationed in Hawaii, exhaustion and then Kevin deploying to Afghanistan for 6 months the day the kids turned 6 months old......not fun.

But now they are getting older and Kevin has been medically separated from the Marine Corps and we've moved to NY to be closer to family. It's great to finally have family around...... especially now that we've hit the TERRIBLE TWOS triple time!

Even though we are close to family now, we are still learning to survive life with triplets.

Out with the old and in with the new

Well, 2010 is done and over with - thank goodness! This has been one off kilter year. Sure there have been some great times and adventures, but I'm looking forward and hope not to look back on this year too often!

We started the year with 3 little ones starting to learn to walk. Teagan started walking full time on New Years day just last year. Now she's running, jumping, climbing and just all over the place. The boys took a little longer to learn to walk, but that hasn't slowed them down at all. All three love to go outside and run wild - and of course in opposite directions!

We moved from our little 2 bedroom 1 bath home into a beautiful 4 bedroom 3 full bathroom house in March and less than a year later we are sitting here packing everything up again for our big move to NY in less than 2 weeks!

Hawaii is a beautiful place. Kevin and I had so much exploring the island and trying out all kinds of new things in our first 2 years. When the babies came along, it slowed us down a little, but we've made sure that they've seen as many things here as they can!

We are going to miss parts of this tropical place, but are looking forward to our new adventures that are awaiting us in New York!
